A compliance-ready operating system for shooting clubs. It replaces scattered spreadsheets and manual admin with one record for members, events, attendance, and audit-ready history, so committees can focus on the sport, not the paperwork.

Connected portals for admins, members, and scorers on one record, from sign-up to audit. Membership applications from form to approval, event calendars with registration, scoring and leaderboards, attendance tracking that supports firearms compliance workflows, and a firearms register and qualifications. Regulator, association and house rules sit side by side, with the stricter one winning. Built for committees anywhere and live in Australia today, with Western Australia Police Force forms (LSF216, LSF217 and LSF218) filled from the club’s own records.
