Privacy policy
How we handle personal information on this website, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Veeprox (ABN 73 855 231 595) runs the website at veeprox.com. This policy explains what personal information the website involves, why, and how it is looked after. We handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What this website collects
veeprox.com is a static marketing website. It has no accounts, no sign-in, and no forms, so it does not collect personal information from you directly as you browse.
- When you contact us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply and to discuss working together.
- Anonymous usage statistics. We may use privacy-first, cookieless analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. These statistics are aggregated and do not identify you, and we do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
- Standard technical logs. Our hosting and content-delivery providers keep routine request logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use these to build a profile of you.
Why we hold it
Only to respond to you and to keep the website working and secure. We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers we rely on to run and deliver the site, such as our cloud hosting and content-delivery provider.
Where it is stored
The website is served through a global content-delivery network, with its origin hosted in Australia. Any personal information you send us by email is held in Australia.
How it is protected
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to any information you send us is restricted to Veeprox. If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals promptly.
Access, correction, and complaints
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing aaron@veeprox.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Retention
We keep the emails you send us only as long as we need them for the conversation or engagement they relate to, and then remove them. Anonymous usage statistics carry no personal information.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially we will update it here and change the version and date. Questions or concerns: aaron@veeprox.com.
